  • To redeem your gift voucher, book online as normal (you may include a note on the booking if you wish).

    The deposit paid is then refunded on the day of your visit.

  • No, our guests do not have to pay for parking. Simply write down your vehicle’s number plate on arrival.

  • As we don’t have a receptionist, our therapists may be in a treatment and won’t be available to greet you early for your appointment.

    Therefore we ask guests not to arrive early but they are welcome to stay in our Woodland Room after their appointment.

  • Refunds are not available for gift vouchers. Sales are final except in very exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Wild Iris.

  • We don’t allow under 12’s at Wild Iris. Our building is a quiet space for our wellbeing treatments, so unfortunately we don’t allow children on site.

  • We don’t allow pets at Wild Iris, due to the nature of our treatments we need a clean and sterile environment for our guests.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot honour Gift Vouchers that have expired. It is the holder's responsibility to redeem the voucher and secure their treatment before the expiry date.

  • We are not fully accessible, however we perform our treatments downstairs for guests using a wheelchair. Fully accessible bathrooms are available on-site and at Birchwood.
